H4 Equities Group is a privately held, family-owned and operated business in the in the commercial real estate, quick service restaurant, car wash, property management, oil & gas, and fine convenience industries for the past 32 years. We are headquartered in San Antonio, TX with our first location being established in Universal City, TX in 1988 under the strong belief of our founder, Mr. Noorali H. Hirani, that consumers of these markets are highly underserved and deserve more. 

Mr. Hirani’s legacy, values, and vision continues through his sons and grandsons who currently own the organization. The team has steadily grown the business to over 19 locations owning and developing more than 80 acres of land across the Austin & San Antonio markets yielding eight independent developments, three of which are multi-tenant properties. 

Even today, we live and operate under the same core values of service, integrity, work ethic, and, above all, the respect of each individual that Mr. Hirani has instilled in us years ago.
