Naushad Hirani

Naushad is a Partner at H4 Equities Group where he advises on the overarching efforts in expansion and operations for the entire organization. Specifically, he manages the P&L for the Austin division and works with his team to further enhance the productivity and yield across these locations. Prior to joining the family business, Naushad was a senior international banker for BCCI where he was a thought leader in the Marketing and Growth departments. During his tenure, he specialized in international trade and financing for large multinational organizations. Alongside his business endeavors, Naushad continued to follow his passion for community work which led him to serve on various not-for-profit institutions. He was the founding Chairman of the Administrative Committee for Central Texas, a division of the Ismaili Council for the Southwestern United States. Finally, Naushad served on the Board of Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Nizari Progressive FCU.
Nishat Hirani

Nishat is a Partner at H4 Equities Group where is advises on the specific site locations, operational developments, and human resources management for the entire organization. Specifically, he manages the P&L for the San Antonio division and works with his team to further enhance the productivity and yield across these locations. Nishat began his business endeavors as an international banker where he worked his way to becoming a senior manager at BCCI in the Middle East. In the mid-1980s, Nishat moved to the United States where he gained experience in the convenience store industry which led him to found the current family business headquartered in San Antonio, TX. Alongside his business endeavors, NIshat has rendered his time and resources for the betterment of the community by serving on various boards including the San Antonio Crime Stoppers and the American Heart Association. In addition, Nishat served as a Project Manager for the Aga Khan Foundation.

Nabil Hirani

Nabil is the leader in the Franchise and Procurement divisions of H4 Equities Group. He surveys various products across all segments and establishes a seamless integration process to our multiple locations. Nabil works closely with the management team to ensure that our locations meet the ever-changing demands and expectations of our local customers. Specifically, Nabil specializes in the Fine Wine, Craft Beer, and Subway Franchise departments. Prior to joining H4 Equities Group, Nabil worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Banker and leveraged his banking experience / knowledge of equity markets to develop the H4 Equities Group investment portfolio strategy.
Nadiv Hirani

Nadiv is the leader of Customer Experience and Human Resources divisions of H4 Equities Group. He works alongside the floor operations team and senior management to ensure we are providing the highest quality service for our consumers. Specifically, Nadiv focuses his attention on every aspect of The Market @ experience including product assortment, individualized customer interaction, and ambiance across all locations. Prior to joining H4 Equities Group, Nadiv has years of experience in the services industry throughout various sub-markets which enable him to provide a fresh perspective to each aspect of the enterprise.
Nitash Hirani

Nitash is the leader in the Expansion division of H4 Equities Group. He works closely across all levels within the organization to ensure that our firm is at the cutting edge of innovation and the market leaders in regards to operations, marketing, and data management. Prior to joining H4 Equities group, Nitash was a Management Consultant at EY in New York City where he assisted large global financial institutions involved in private equity, asset management, and investment banking with identifying and mitigating the operational risks of multi-billion dollar securitized products. He also advised on technology solutions including data governance and data quality. Nitash holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate and an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin with majors in Business Honors, Finance, and Asian Studies.

Nizhar is the Regional Manager at H4 Equities Group where he oversees the entire operational infrastructure across all of our San Antonio investments. Nizhar joined the organization in 2001 and has become an integral part of every aspect of the business. Specifically, Nizhar focuses his attention on the day-to-day activities at our San Antonio locations including property management and spends time with his overarching team to make sure that our locations are operating at the highest level in regards to products, customer service, employee morale.

Suleman is the General Manager at H4 Equities Group where he is the direct supervisor for multiple locations in the San Antonio region. Suleman joined the organization in 2018 and is a rising star! Specifically, Suleman focuses his attention on our newest developments and works hand-in-hand with our team members to ensure that The Market @ locations are operating at the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and product selection.
